About copiesWhat is a copy?

A copy of a weapon behaves like the original in every respect, with the following exceptions:

* Copies have a better attack value (5 more than the original);
* Copies cost less to repair;
* Copies are magical items that dissolve after 6 days;
* Copies do not inherit any TP/DP from the original item;
* Copies sell for a lesser price than the original if sold to a shop.

What can be copied?

All non-magical attack weapons can be copied. But a weapon can only be copied once every 30 days. Armour cannot be copied.

Why would I want a copy?

The higher attack value of a copy gives you an advantage in battle, and increases your chance of dropping soul capsules. The much smaller repair cost saves you a lot of money.

How do you make the copies?

If you want me to make a copy of your attack weapon, you need to give it to me. I will then use a copy machine on the weapon, whereby the copy machine dissolves and a magical copy of the weapon is created.

In fact, anyone can use a copy machine, but unless you have the Weapon Finesse skill trained to level 30, a copy you make will only have plus 3 strength and last for 4 days, instead of the plus 5 strength and 6 days that I can offer. (A few other players like Treebeard and Atyrix also have this skill.)

What can I do to always use a copy?

The copy dissolves after 6 days. But if you find someone with good magic preservation skill, for example Lunita, they will be able to give you around 200xx extension on that, so your copy would then last something like 15 days. Now a weapon can only be copied once every 30 days, but if you have two attack weapons of the same kind, one of them will always be ready for copying after 15 days.

Just send me a message or invite me to your friends list. I'm usually on at some time every day. My tariff is 600 gold coins for a copy. If you bring your own copy machine, I will do it for 200 gold coins. My preferred location is the central post office.

My current magic preservation ability is 88xx, so if you want I can make the copy last 11 days but as I said, if you find someone better you'll get more out of it.
